Notice is hereby given that the Parish Council of the Parish of Helensburgh and Stanwell Park intend to apply to the Standing Committee of the Synod of the Diocese of Sydney for an ordinance to amend the Helensburgh and Stanwell Park Land Sale and Variation of Trusts Ordinance 2024, to reorder the application of the sale proceeds, in order to prioritise the purchase of a new rectory.

Any objections to the proposed Ordinance may be presented in accordance with the Ordinance Procedure Ordinance 1973 (as amended) to ordinances@sydney.anglican.asn.au at any time before the 15th November 2024. If you do decide to send an objection, please ensure that it
(1) states your name and address, and
(2) distinctly specifies the grounds of opposition.
Any personal information contained in an objection will be held in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Sydney Diocesan Services (SDS). A copy of any objection may be provided by SDS to the Rector and Wardens of the Parish to allow them to give a response to the Standing Committee.
